Our office is tucked away at 1A Nandalaa Jew Road, right on the first floor. It is not a huge space, but it serves us well for what we do every day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to some of the main roads, which we actually appreciate when we are trying to concentrate on the cargo schedules. We have been here for a while now, and the office has that lived-in feel with various maps and calendars pinned to the walls. There are usually about a few of us in at any given time, hunched over the desks or talking to drivers on the radio. It is the kind of work where you have to stay on top of the small things, or else they turn into big problems later on. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The light in the office is okay, though we rely on the overhead lamps quite a bit. We don't really do anything flashy. There are no big signs or bright lights outside our door. Most people find us because they have been working with us for years and know exactly where the first-floor entrance is. It is just a practical place for practical people who know how to get things moved from one point to another without making a big fuss about it.
