C & R Leather Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 29/A/4A, G.J.Khan Road. This part of town is heavily involved in the leather trade, so you see a lot of activity. You can see scraps and hides being moved around on carts all the time. Our building is a simple structure where we do all our processing and design work in-house. We have several heavy-duty machines for stitching and cutting the thick leather. It is a noisy place when everything is running at the same time. We focus on making leather goods that people actually want to use in their daily lives. It is a lot of physical work, like lifting heavy rolls of material and checking them for any flaws or marks. The workshop is usually a bit hot, especially in the summer afternoons. We have a small partitioned office area where we handle the orders and talk to our regular clients. G.J.Khan Road is not the prettiest street in the city, but it is where the real work gets done. Most of our workers live nearby and have been with the company since we first opened the doors. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or carpets. Most of our budget goes into buying quality materials and keeping the tools sharp. We just make solid leather products. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
