Bubai Caterer

Our kitchen is located at No. 12 Vidya Sagar Street Sarani, right next to the Rajabajar Science Collage. It’s usually pretty loud around here with the students and the traffic, but we stay busy inside getting the food ready. Bubai Caterer started out small, mostly just helping out neighbors with their family events and local gatherings. We handle all the usual stuff like big pots of rice, different curries, and snacks for parties. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the stoves are going all day. We spend a lot of time sourcing vegetables and meat from the local markets every morning to make sure things are fresh. We don't have a big corporate office or a fancy website. Usually, people just find us by word of mouth or they see our vans parked near the college. When we take on a job, we just focus on getting the cooking done right and making sure there’s enough for everyone to eat. Sometimes the orders get a bit hectic, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and most of the locals know where to find us if they need a hand with a meal for a wedding or a small house function. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, over here on Vidya Sagar Street.
