We set up shop over on Dr P N Guha Road in Belgharia quite a while ago. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but it serves our needs. Most days start early before the sun is even fully up because that’s when the deliveries arrive. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure everything is where it needs to be for the day's tasks. It’s not just about cooking; it’s about managing the whole mess of things that can go wrong. We’ve had rainy days where the road gets messy and delivery is hard, but we still have to get things moving. The team here is a mix of older guys who have been doing this forever and a couple of younger ones learning how it works. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide food and help out with the stuff people need for their events. We’re located at 15/1A, and if you live in Belgharia, you probably know the street. It’s got its own rhythm. We try to stay out of the way but stay busy. There’s always a pile of paperwork on the desk and a pot of tea going somewhere in the corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It's just a regular business run by regular people.
