We are tucked away behind Dayamoyi Bhawan, right on Sarsuna Main Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of people passing by, but we’ve managed to carve out our little corner over the years. Our kitchen isn't something out of a magazine. It's a real workspace with heavy stoves, stacks of stainless steel containers, and big wooden spoons. Most of us here grew up in the Sarsuna area, so we know what people like to eat when they get together for a party. We do a lot of rice and curry dishes, mostly for family stuff. You’ll often find us arguing about how much salt should go into a giant pot of dal, but it’s all part of the process. We take the job seriously because people are trusting us with their dinner. It’s a lot of pressure when you think about it, but we try not to overthink. We just focus on the heat of the stove and the timing. The area around 55/5 can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings, but we like the energy. Neighbors often pop their heads in to see what’s cooking or to ask for a quick favor. We don’t have a sales team or anything like that. It’s just us. If you call, one of the cooks might answer if the phone is nearby and they aren't too busy stirring something. We keep it simple because that’s what works for us and the people who live around here. We’ve been at this for a bit.
