We are located at the Sakherbazar Super Market, Shop No. F-3, in Barisha. Being in a market means there’s always noise and people moving around, which we actually like. We run both a fast food center and a catering service. The shop can get quite crowded in the evenings when people are out shopping and stop by for a quick bite. It’s a bit of a juggle, managing the walk-in customers while also preparing large batches of food for a catering order. But that’s the way we’ve always done it. We aren't a high-end restaurant; we are a practical shop in a busy market. Our kitchen is constantly on the go. You can hear the sounds of the spatulas and the smell of spices from the moment we open. We do small catering jobs mostly, for things like birthdays or local club meetings. We don't have a fancy menu with things you can't pronounce. It’s just the usual favorites that people in Barisha like to eat. Sometimes we run out of something and have to apologize, but that’s just how it goes in a small shop. We don't spend money on ads or social media much. We just stay in the shop and do the work. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of the Sakherbazar crowd.
