Bhojanrasik

Bhojanrasik is over at V 23/5, Vivekananda Park in Garia. Being near the park is nice, it gives us a bit of a landmark for people who haven't visited us before. The name itself is about the joy of eating, which is really the core of what we do here. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local catering setup. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen, experimenting with different spices or making sure the rice is just right for a biryani order. It’s a hands-on business. You’ll often see us covered in flour or rushing to meet a delivery van. We don't have a glossy office or a dedicated reception. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find us busy with the actual food. We take on orders for all kinds of family events. Garia is a busy place, and we are glad to be part of the food scene here. It gets a bit crazy during the winter months when there are festivals and weddings every other day, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the world, just a reliable one for the people around us. We just focus on the ingredients and the cooking times. It’s a simple life, focused on making sure the plates are full and the customers are fed.
