Bhoj Caterers

We operate Bhoj Caterers from 11B, Ashton Road, right by Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani. It’s a busy part of town, and our days are usually filled with a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around. Catering isn't exactly a quiet job. We spend a lot of time on our feet in the kitchen or packing up the vans to head out to different spots around the city. The area around 700020 is always moving, and we are just a small part of that. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the sounds of pots and pans and people calling out orders. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big job to finish, but we just put our heads down and do it. We’ve been at this Ashton Road address for a while, and the neighbors probably know us by the smell of the cooking or the sound of the trucks in the morning. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise until late at night. We don't really have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on getting the food where it needs to go and making sure we didn't forget any of the serving spoons. That's pretty much what life is like for us here. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
