Bengal Box

Bengal Box is over in AP Nagar, near Sonarpur. We are tucked away in the 24 Parganas South district. We focus on making and selling boxes of different sizes. It’s a practical business. We started because there was a need for good packaging around here. Our workspace isn't very pretty, it’s mostly just stacks of cardboard and the sound of machines. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s a smaller team, mostly locals from the Sonarpur area. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and gluing things together. Sometimes the humid weather makes the cardboard a bit soft, so we have to be careful with how we store everything. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We try to get orders out on time, but sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the local traffic, which can be a nightmare around here. We just do our best with what we have. If you need some boxes for your own business or for moving, you just come find us in AP Nagar. We don't have a big fancy office, usually you’ll find us on the floor working with the materials. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. We’ve been in this spot for a good while.
