We have been running things here on Kasto Road in Sarsuna for a good while now. It’s a busy little corner, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. Mostly, we handle local events like weddings or those smaller gatherings people have at home. It’s just a few of us in the kitchen, and we don't go for anything too flashy or complicated. We just cook the kind of food that people around here expect to eat at a party. Some days are very quiet, but others get quite frantic when we have a big order to get out the door. We usually start our mornings very early, heading to the market to find whatever looks good that day. Standing over those big steaming pots for hours is hard work, and the kitchen gets pretty hot, especially in the summer. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you usually just find us in the back with our aprons on. We’ve seen Sarsuna change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing what we know. Delivering the food can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on Kasto Road, but we always find a way to make it work. We aren't some big corporation with a polished image. We are just local people making a living by cooking for our neighbors. It’s practical, honest work.
