Ayojon Caterers

Located on Ganga Prasad Mukherjee Road in Bhowanipur, our catering place is tucked away in a part of Kolkata that has a lot of history. The address is 1/1 D, and it is a typical old-style building that suits what we do. We don't spend money on bright lights or big signs. Instead, our focus is on the large kitchen area where all the cooking happens. Every morning starts with the sound of knives hitting cutting boards and the water running as we wash the produce. Bhowanipur is a busy area, but our street is a little more tucked away than the main roads. We have several big stoves that are almost always going. The staff stays busy packing containers and loading them into vans to go out to different parts of the city. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy pots and making sure everything is seasoned right. We’ve had the same people working with us for years, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. The space is filled with the aroma of fried onions and masalas most of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take it seriously and just try to get the food ready for whatever event is scheduled. We just keep moving from one order to the next, day in and day out, making sure the work gets done as it should.
