Ayojon Caterer is located at P 340, Parnasree Palli Road. We have been here for quite some time now. It’s a decent-sized space that we’ve slowly fixed up over the years. I started this business because I liked hosting and feeding people. Now it’s my full-time job. Parnasree Palli Road is a busy area, but our building is easy to spot once you get close. We handle weddings, birthdays, and the occasional office party. We don't have a corporate office or a sales team. It’s just me and a few workers who have been with me from the beginning. We do everything ourselves, from the shopping to the actual cooking and the cleaning up afterward. It’s hard work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the night. We try to keep our recipes consistent so people know what to expect. We don't go for anything too fancy or over-the-top. Most of our customers are locals who have lived on Parnasree Palli Road for years. They know where to find us if they need something. Sometimes we have to work through the night to get a big order ready, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the food being good and people being happy. It’s an honest way to make a living and we like it. We hope to stay on this road for a long time.
