Avinandan Caterer

Avinandan Caterer is situated near Santoshpur, specifically in the Bidhangarh area. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. Most of our work comes from families living around Santoshpur. We don't have a big storefront with lights and signs. People usually find us because their neighbors told them about us. My day starts around 5 AM most days. I head to the market to pick up what we need for the day's orders. Bidhangarh is a good place to be because we have enough space for our equipment and our small delivery truck. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering company in the world. We just like to keep things manageable. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We do a lot of traditional Bengali food because that’s what people around here want. Sometimes the monsoon rains make deliveries a bit difficult, but we always manage to get through. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook the food, pack it up, and drive it to the venue. It’s a straightforward business. We enjoy the process, even when it’s hot and the kitchen is crowded. It feels good to be part of the local community. We just keep doing what we know best every day.
