Ashirbad Caterers

Ashirbad Caterers is located at 94, Buro Shibtala Main Road. It’s a pretty straightforward location to find once you’re on the main road. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a regular place where we do our daily cooking. Inside, it’s usually quite loud because of the exhaust fans and the heavy pots being moved around. We’ve been working here for a long time, so we have a routine that everyone follows. One person handles the spices, another manages the rice, and someone else is always cleaning up. It’s a lot of manual labor, and by the end of the shift, we’re all pretty tired. The road outside is always busy with cars and rickshaws, so loading the food into the transport can be a bit of a challenge. We have to be quick about it so we don’t block the way. We don't use any fancy technology here, just the same methods we’ve used for years. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. Some of the people who walk by stop to chat for a minute while we’re unloading the crates. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a marketing department or a salesperson. It’s just us doing the cooking and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a bit dusty and loud on Buro Shibtala Main Road, but it’s home for the business.
