This branch is located in Orissa, specifically in the 751012 area. We’ve been operating out of this location for some time. The work involves a lot of heavy electrical equipment and keeping track of distribution networks. It is a lot of spreadsheets and physical inspections. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen everything and some younger ones learning the ropes. The office is pretty basic. We have desks, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up. We don’t do much advertising because folks know where we are. Orissa has a lot of power needs and we are part of that system. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult but we manage. We take care of the maintenance and make sure the parts are where they need to be. It’s quiet work most of the time. We aren't flashy. If you come by, you’ll probably see us checking logs or moving some gear around the back. It’s a decent way to make a living and we’re glad to be part of the local scene here. The files in the corner have been there for years. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit disorganized to an outsider. Sometimes the power goes out while we are working, which is ironic, but we just wait for it to come back. We have a small water cooler that everyone gathers around in the afternoon. It’s a simple life.
