Any Cuisine 4U

Bedford Lane is where you will find us, specifically at number 2. It is a narrow street, and sometimes the smells from our kitchen drift all the way down to the corner when the wind is right. We called the place Any Cuisine 4U because we did not want to be stuck making just one type of dish. One day it is a heavy curry, and the next day it might be something else entirely. It really depends on what looked good at the market when I went there at five in the morning. We do not have a printed menu that stays the same for years. That would be too boring for us. We just cook what we feel like cooking that day. It is a small team here. Just a few of us chopping vegetables and cleaning up the mess. The floor is usually a bit wet because we are always washing something in the sink. It is not a place where you would take a fancy date, but the food is solid and fills you up. We do not use any of those secret ingredients or special tricks you hear about. It is just salt, oil, and whatever spices we have on the shelf. We get busy around lunchtime, and things can get a bit chaotic with people shouting. We don't pretend to be something we aren't.
