Anjani Caterer

We are Anjani Caterer and we operate out of B S 277 in Salt Lake City Sector-1. This part of the city is usually pretty active, and our spot here serves as the hub for everything we do. We’ve been set up in Sector-1 for some time now. The way we work is pretty simple. People call us when they have a function or a meeting and they need food brought over. We spend most of our mornings at the market picking out what we need and then the rest of the day is spent over the stove at B S 277. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. There is no shortcut to making a big batch of food for fifty or a hundred people. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us in the kitchen making sure the spices are right and the food is hot. Salt Lake is a good place to be based because it's easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to make sure the people who hire us are satisfied with what we bring to their table. Most of our days are just routine, but we like the routine. It keeps us grounded. If you are near B S 277, you’ll see us loading up the vans to head out for a delivery.
