Angel Caterer

I’m writing this for Angel Caterer. We are based over at P3, Pashupati Bhattacharjee Rd. It’s just a local setup where we handle food for different kinds of gatherings people have around here. I’ve lived in this area for a long time and decided to start this up because I enjoy the hustle of a kitchen. Most days are pretty busy with prep work and getting things ready for whatever event is on the calendar. We aren't a big fancy operation or anything like that. It’s mostly just getting the cooking done and making sure everything arrives where it needs to go. The kitchen is our main spot on Pashupati Bhattacharjee Rd. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We don’t really do much advertising, mostly just people finding us or stopping by. If you walk past P3, you’ll probably smell whatever we are cooking that day. It isn't always glamorous work, involves a lot of cleaning and heavy lifting, but it keeps us busy. We try to keep things straightforward and just do the job we were asked to do. That is basically who we are. Just some people working out of a small space on the road, making meals for whoever needs them for their parties or family things. It works for us and seems to work for the neighborhood too.
