Airpak International

Our place is at 171/1 Mahatma Gandhi Road, right near Babulal Lane in the heart of Burrabazar. If you’ve ever been to Burrabazar, you know it’s one of the most crowded and energetic places in the city. Airpak International fits right in with that atmosphere. Our office is often a bit of a mess with shipping forms, boxes, and people coming in and out constantly. We handle international stuff, so we are often dealing with time zones and weird paperwork that takes forever to fill out. We don't have a polished image or a marketing team telling us what to say. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to get a crate across the ocean. The air conditioner struggles in the summer, and we drink a lot of tea to stay focused during the afternoon rush. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We’re a local business that understands how the docks and the airports work. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to find out why. It’s frustrating, but it’s part of the trade. We focus on the logistics and the heavy lifting, literally and figuratively. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes confusing job, but we’ve been doing it long enough to handle the chaos of MG Road. We just keep moving forward, making sure the goods get where they need to go, one package at a time.
