Podar International School

Our school is located at Gat No 1032 A Ward, right on the Radhanagri Ring Road in Kolhapur. Most people just know us as the school near the Ring Road. It is a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work or drop their kids off. The building itself is quite functional, and we’ve been here for a while now. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual school stuff, like keeping the classrooms tidy and making sure the kids are actually where they are supposed to be. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular school with desks, chairs, and a lot of chalk dust. The staff room is usually a bit of a mess with papers and half-finished cups of tea, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We have a lot of students from the surrounding parts of Kolhapur, and the 416007 area is quite a tight-knit community. You can hear the noise from the playground during the lunch break from quite a distance away. Sometimes the fans in the classrooms make a clicking sound, and we just have to live with it until the handyman comes by. We don’t have a big team of people to handle the public, so when you call, you’re usually talking to one of us who is also busy with five other things. It’s just a normal, hardworking place for kids to spend their day.
