Gurukul Vidayalay

Gurukul Vidayalay is located on Rantagiri Road, right in the Gangavesh area of Kolhapur. It’s a part of town that has a lot of history. Our school is a bit like that too. It’s not a brand new modern building, but it has a lot of character. You can hear the bells from the temples nearby sometimes. We have students coming in from all over the 416002 area. The mornings are usually the best time when it is still a bit cool outside. We have our classrooms set up with basic furniture. Nothing too high-tech, just what is needed for teaching. The teachers here have been working with us for years. They are like a small family. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the daily lessons. Sometimes the kids get a bit rowdy in the hallways, but we handle it. We have a small playground where they spend their lunch breaks. It gets a bit noisy then. We spend our afternoons doing paperwork and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s good. We are just a local school in Kolhapur trying to do right by the families who send their children here. That’s really all there is to it. We just open the gates and get to work every single morning.
