We operate out of a spot on the Katraj-Kondhawa Road. Even though the address says Kolhapur, Maharashtra, this is where we spend our days. The zip code is 416216. It’s a pretty basic place, to be honest. We have some desks, a few chairs, and the usual office equipment. It’s not one of those modern buildings with glass walls. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real workplace. The road outside can get quite loud with trucks and cars going by all the time. We’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. The people who work here are local folks who know the area well. We don't do things in a very formal way. If someone needs something, they just ask. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the local news. It’s a simple life. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR department. This is just where we come to do our jobs and then we go home to our families. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been here for a good while now and the neighborhood has become very familiar to us. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished by evening.
