Our facility is out in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Chhatral, specifically at Plot No. 317 in Phase-1. It’s a typical industrial estate layout, so there are long roads with factories on both sides. Ours is dedicated to making tubes, and you can tell as soon as you step onto the property. There are stacks of raw materials and finished tubes waiting to be shipped out. The main building is a big shed with some office space carved out on one side. It gets pretty loud when the production is in full swing, so we often have to raise our voices to be heard over the noise. The office part is functional—just some chairs, desks, and computers for the logistics. We don’t have any fancy artwork on the walls, just some maps of the area and maybe a production schedule taped up. The staff mostly wears work clothes because things can get a bit dirty out here. In the afternoons, the sun hits the metal roof and it gets a bit stuffy, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a straight-to-the-point kind of place. We don't spend money on things that don't help us make better tubes. Most days are spent checking measurements and talking to the drivers who come to pick up the loads. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do day in and day out. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving.
