D.G.P. Windsor India Limited

We are located at Plot No. 6 and 7 within the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Chhatral. It’s a large area and we have a good amount of space across those two plots. D.G.P. Windsor India Limited has been here for a long time, and we are surrounded by other large industrial setups. Chhatral is a bit far out, so it’s a long commute for some of us, but once you’re here, it’s all about the work. The estate is full of the sounds of heavy machinery and the smell of industrial production. Our gates are usually open to let the trucks in and out for loading. We have a main office area, but most of the action happens out on the factory floor. It’s not a polished environment; there are oil stains on the ground and the walls show the age of the building. We don't bother with expensive office furniture or fancy art. Everything here is for a purpose. The staff usually gathers near the small canteen area during breaks to catch up. It’s a hardworking group of people, and we don’t really go in for corporate slogans or big missions. We just show up, manage the production, and make sure everything is running as it should. The weather in Chhatral can be harsh, but the building keeps us sheltered while we get through the daily schedule. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place to work and we just take things one day at a time.
