About Vamshi Granites – Building & Construction Material in Khammam
We are over at Plot No. 18/A in the Khammam Industrial Area. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories around here. It’s a dusty place because of all the stone cutting and the trucks moving back and forth. We spend our days surrounded by big slabs of granite. It’s heavy work, and our boots are usually covered in that fine grey dust by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a yard where the stones are kept. People come by to look at the different colors and patterns that come out of the earth. We just show them what’s in stock on the pallets. There’s no sales pitch here. You either like the stone or you don’t. We use the cranes to move things around because those slabs are no joke. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we keep working through it. Most of our days are spent talking to drivers or checking the measurements for someone’s project. It’s loud because of the saws, so you have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been in this industrial patch for a while now. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the real business happens. We just keep our heads down and handle the granite.
