Sri Vijaya Lakshmi Granites

We’ve been running Sri Vijaya Lakshmi Granites out of Plot Number 23/10 in Gurralapadu for a while now. Most people around here know us just by the sound of the machines running in the village. It’s a dusty job, but it’s what we do. We mostly deal with the raw stone coming in and getting it ready for whatever project someone has going on. The yard isn't fancy. There’s no big office or anything like that, just the slabs and the equipment we use every day. If you come by the post office area, you’ll find us easily enough. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. My hands are usually covered in stone dust by noon, which is just part of the life here. We don't spend money on fancy signs or ads because word of mouth in Gurralapadu Village is usually enough to keep the saws turning. Some days are busier than others depending on what people are building nearby. We just focus on the stone sitting in front of us. It’s heavy work, and the sun gets pretty hot out on the plot, but we get through the stacks. There isn't much more to say about it. We are just here doing the work, day in and day out, making sure the blocks are handled right. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there at 23/10.
