About Sri Geya Granite – Building & Construction Material in Khammam
If you head out into Khammam Rural, specifically to Arempala Village, you’ll find us at Survey 150/Aa. We go by the name Sri Geya Granite. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where we have the space we need for the work. The yard is big enough to hold all the rough blocks we bring in. We spend most of the daylight hours out there among the stone. It’s a loud environment with the saws going, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have any slick office staff or people in suits. We are usually just wearing our work clothes and covered in a bit of dust from the cutters. The village life is slow, but the work here is constant. We don’t do much advertising. People mostly find us because they heard from a neighbor or saw us working as they drove past. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually getting a batch of slabs ready for someone. It’s heavy, physical work and it can be draining when the heat is high in Khammam. We don't make any big claims about what we do. We just cut the stone that comes our way and keep the business running. It’s a practical life out here at 150/Aa. We are just local people doing what we know how to do best with the tools we have on hand every morning.
