Siri Granites

Down in Teldarpalli Village, you’ll find Siri Granites at Plot No.221. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big towns. We’ve got our yard right here near the post office. It’s a small operation. Just a few of us handling the granite. Most of our customers are from the surrounding villages. They come by when they’re putting in a new floor or fixing up a temple. We don’t have a lot of the high-end equipment you see in the big cities. We do things mostly by hand and with a simple crane. It’s slow work, but we take our time with it. The village life is steady. We open up early and close when the light fades. Sometimes we sit and have tea with the people who come to look at the stone. We don't have any sales targets or big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the stone we have is what people need. The yard gets a bit overgrown with grass if we don't watch it. It’s not a polished showroom, just a plot of land with granite slabs. People know they can just walk in and talk to us. We’ve been part of this village for a long time. There isn't much to it besides hard work and heavy lifting. We stay here because it’s home. It’s a simple business for a simple place, and we're happy to be here.
