Archean Granites

You can find Archean Granites out at Survey No. 267, near the Venkatagiri Village and Post Office. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main town, but this is where the space is. We need the room for all the heavy stone we keep on site. Being out in the Mandal area means we have plenty of air and room to move the cranes. The post office is the easiest landmark if you’re trying to find us. We spend a lot of time outdoors here. The sun gets hot on the granite slabs, and there’s always a bit of noise from the machinery. It’s a working yard, not a showroom. We deal with the raw material and get it ready for transport. The village atmosphere is nice and quiet compared to the city. Sometimes we have locals stop by just to see what’s new in the yard. We aren’t big on fancy offices; we usually just sit in the small shed near the entrance to do the paperwork. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather isn’t helping. We just keep at it, moving one slab at a time. The stone comes from various places and we keep it organized by color and size. It’s a basic life out here, but we like being close to the village. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now.
