Rajwanti Balika Inter College

The school is here in Saraimadan Baharia, which is a quiet spot out in Allahabad. We have been part of this community for a while now, focusing on girls' education from the local villages. The gates open early every morning when the girls arrive from all directions, some on bicycles and others walking through the dust or rain. It is not a fancy place with marble floors, but it works for us. We have the usual classrooms, some benches that need fixing, and a small area where they can sit during the break. Teachers live nearby, and we mostly know the families around here. It gets quite hot in the summer, but the ceiling fans keep things moving most of the time. We deal with the usual stuff like state board exams and making sure the registers are updated correctly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just carry on with the windows open for light. The building is a simple structure on the main road, and people know us by the name on the front wall. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the students pass their classes so they can go on to do something else with their lives. It is just a regular school where people come to learn and grow, without anything too complicated. Everyone knows everyone here, which makes the school feel like a big family most of the days, even when things get a bit chaotic during the exam season.
