Reservation Staff

We are the Reservation Staff based in Kannur, Kerala, specifically in the 670 009 pin code area. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who handle travel reservations. Our office is a simple one, nothing fancy or polished. We spend most of our time on the phone and the computer, making sure all the names and dates for bookings are correct. It’s a lot of looking at lists and typing, which can be a bit boring sometimes, but it’s what we do. Kannur is a nice place to live and work. The weather is usually hot, so we keep the fans running all day long while we work through the files. We don't have a big sign or any promotional stuff. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who works here. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. We just process the requests that come in. Sometimes it gets really busy and we have a lot of paperwork to get through before the end of the day. Other days are slower and we can take a bit of a break. It’s just a regular job for us. We’ve been in this part of Kerala for a long time and we know how things work here. We don't use any complicated software, just the standard stuff that works for us. It's a simple way to run things in our corner of Kerala.
