Our branch is located at Kollam Kunnel House in Vellora which is out near Mathamangalam in the Kannur district. This isn't a big resort location itself but more of an administrative or local office spot for us. It’s situated in a very green and quiet part of the country. To get here you have to go via Payathampoyil and follow the small roads. It is a very peaceful place to work compared to the big cities. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork from this house. It feels more like a home than a workplace which we actually quite like. There are trees all around and sometimes we get distracted by the birds outside. We don’t have a big sign out front so you have to look for the house name. Most of the people who work here live close by and we all know each other well. We don’t have formal meetings with slides and charts. We just sit around and talk about what needs to be done for the day. It’s a very relaxed environment but we still get our work finished. We deal with memberships and local inquiries without any of that high-pressure sales stuff. It’s just about being here for the members and making sure the local operations are running smoothly in this part of Kerala. The house is old but sturdy and it suits the way we like to work.
