Our office is located at Ramlathmanzil in Valapattanam. If you know the Kannur area, you know Valapattanam is usually pretty busy with people moving around. We have been operating from here for a good while. It’s not one of those huge corporate buildings you see in big cities. It's more of a local spot where people can just walk in and talk to us. We handle a lot of travel details, mostly for folks around here who need to get somewhere. Some days are very loud with phones ringing constantly and people asking about flights or trains. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or someone told them about us. Working in Valapattanam means we see the same faces every day. Kerala is beautiful but the humidity in our office can be a lot sometimes. We just try to keep things organized. It’s mostly about checking schedules and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. We have a small team here. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the paperwork moving so people can go on their trips. We take our tea breaks together when things quiet down in the afternoon. It's a decent way to spend the day.
