Our travel agency is located at Thundiyil House in the Paral area of Chembra. This is near Mahe, coming via Thalassery in Kannur. The pin code is 670671. We have been helping people with their travel plans from this house for many years now. It is a family-run kind of vibe. We have a lot of brochures for different places, but most people just come in and ask us what we think is best. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for tickets or looking at bus schedules. The office is just a room in the house that we’ve converted. It is comfortable and we usually have the radio playing in the background. Peringathur is a small place, so we know most of our customers by name. We hear stories about people going to visit relatives or taking a trip for a holiday. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything. People just find us through word of mouth. We try to be helpful and figure out the best routes for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the community here and helping our neighbors see a bit more of the world.
