Ideal Travels is based here in Kannur, Kerala. Our address is right in the 670603 zip code area. We have been around for a long time, helping folks with their travel plans. It’s a simple setup we have. We don't have fancy lights or big glass windows. It's just a basic office where we can sit down and talk to people. Most of the work is booking tickets for the local buses or the train. Sometimes people want to go on a tour, so we help them figure out the route. We have an old desk and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. The phone rings a lot, especially in the mornings. We don't really have a big staff. It's just a couple of us doing the daily chores. We drink a lot of coffee while we wait for the systems to load. The office is in a part of Kannur that gets quite busy during the day. There is a lot of noise from the traffic outside. We don't mind it much because we are used to it by now. We don't have any mission statements or goals written on the wall. We’ve been at this a long time. People just stop by when they need to go somewhere.
