So, we are over here in Mattul South, right in Kannur. It’s a quiet spot honestly, but we do all the ground work for the planes. Air India Sats is the name on the door. People always ask what ground handling really means and I usually just tell them we make sure things move. From bags to making sure the stairs are there when the plane lands, that is what the guys here do every day. It gets hot out on the tarmac, especially in Kerala during the summer months. We've been at Raseenas for a while now. Some of us live just down the road. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a place where we get the schedules and head out to work.
