We are located at S. No. 280/4A-1B along the Mahabalipuram Road in Kottivakkam. It’s a long stretch of road and we are right there where the traffic always seems to be moving at a crawl. The building itself is fairly standard for this part of the city. Trinity Diamond Tools (P) Ltd. has its name on a sign outside, but you have to be looking for it to see it. The air around here always has a bit of that saltiness from being so close to the coast, which you can really feel on the humid days. Inside, the layout is pretty simple. We have the main work area and then a small partitioned space that we use for the paperwork and the phone. It’s not a quiet place by any means. Between the traffic outside and the machines running inside, there is always some kind of background noise. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases or anything like that. Everything is practical and meant for work. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We know the tea seller down the street pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just stay here in Kottivakkam and keep at it. The floors get swept at the end of the day, but by the next morning, the dust is usually back. That’s just how it goes for us.
