Lipi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 105, Ii Link Street in Nehru Nagar. We’re right off the Rajiv Gandhi Salai in the Kottivakkam area. This part of Chennai has grown so much lately, but our little corner remains focused on polymer manufacturing. Our facility is a mix of production space and storage for raw materials. It’s a lot of manual work, watching the machines and making sure the plastic compounds are mixed correctly. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will come out to help you. We spend our shifts monitoring the processing lines and checking the quality of the output. The street outside can be a bit of a tight squeeze for the big transport trucks, so we have to be careful with how we time our loadings. It is a technical business, but we don’t use a lot of jargon. We just focus on the consistency of the batches we produce. Kottivakkam is always busy, but we stay pretty focused on our own daily schedule. We have some desks for handling the billing and the logistics, but most of the real activity happens in the back where the materials are. It’s not a flashy job, and we don't try to make it look like one. We just come in, do the work, and make sure our customers get the materials they need for their own factories.
