Madras Diamond Tools is located at No.107, Nehru Nagar. We’re right on the edge of the Old Mahabalipuram Road. It’s a massive road with a lot of IT parks, but our shop is a more traditional kind of place. We specialize in diamond tools for cutting and grinding. It’s a niche business, and our shop is filled to the ceiling with different types of blades and bits. We get a lot of local contractors and construction workers coming in because they need tools that can actually handle the hard work on their sites. We don't have a slick marketing plan or a fancy sales team. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them how it works. Sometimes we have to spend time explaining which tool is right for a specific material, but usually, our customers are pros who know what they are looking for. The noise from the traffic on the road never really stops, but it just becomes background noise after a while. We spend a lot of our day checking the inventory and making sure we have enough of the common sizes that people need. It’s honest, steady work. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to be the local spot where people can get a reliable tool when they need one. That is how we have always done things here in Nehru Nagar.
