We’ve been running Sivam Agency for a while now from our spot at No.1, Sethunarayanan Street. It’s right here in Ramakrishna Nagar, Chitlapakkam, and most people around here know where to find us. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get the work done every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when the morning traffic kicks in on our street, but we manage. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to keep track of things when you know everyone involved. My desk is usually covered in papers, and the phone rings more than I’d like, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a local setup. We handle different tasks depending on what’s needed that week. It isn't always perfect; sometimes we run behind or a delivery gets stuck, but we always talk to people straight. If there’s a problem, we just fix it. You won't find us using big words or trying to sound like a multinational. We’re just part of the Chitlapakkam neighborhood. The door is usually open, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the street outside. It’s a practical way to work, and it suits us fine. We’ve stayed at this same address for a reason. It’s where we feel at home and where the business actually makes sense. It isn't much, but it’s ours.
