We’ve been here at No. 296, Old Mahabalipuram Road in Sholinganallur for quite a while now. Most people around here just know us as Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy spot, and we stay pretty occupied with the day-to-day work. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a solid building where we get things done. We have a team of people who show up every morning, grab their coffee, and start on whatever needs doing that day. Dealing with technical stuff can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we try to keep it straightforward. The traffic on OMR can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. Inside our gates, things stay pretty much the same. We focus on the equipment and making sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. If you walk through the office, you’ll see some desks piled with papers and some guys in the back working on parts. It’s not always quiet, and sometimes it gets a bit dusty, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or big meetings. We’d rather just fix what’s broken or send out the orders that are waiting. It’s just us, doing our jobs in Sholinganallur.
