P & A Trading Corporation

You can find us over on Pandiyan Street in New Perungalathur. P & A Trading Corporation has been sitting here at 8/40 for a long time. It’s a busy little street, especially in the afternoons when the schools nearby let out. Our office is on the ground floor, which is handy for moving things in and out. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so much stuff stored away, but we know where everything is. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in. We handle a lot of different things here, so the days aren't always the same. One day we might be dealing with a lot of deliveries, and the next we’re just catching up on letters and bills. The staff here is like a small family. We’ve all been through the ups and downs of the business together. There isn't any corporate talk here; we just speak plain English and get to the point. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't have a fancy website or anything. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a practical way to run things. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our afternoon break. It’s just a regular trading life for us.
