Tgt Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is located over at F44 and 45 on the 8th Main Road in Sipcot Industrial Park. Being on the 3rd Cross Street means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Most of our day is spent just getting boxes and various materials ready for our customers. Packaging isn't the most glamorous job in the world, but it keeps our team busy. My own desk is usually covered in tape rolls and paper scraps by noon. Sometimes the machines act up or the power in the park flickers, but we always manage to get things sorted out eventually. The guys on the floor know their way around the equipment better than anyone else here. We aren't a big fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a practical, dusty space where we get the work done. Usually, there is a lot of tea and coffee going around to keep everyone moving through the long afternoon. We see a lot of the same delivery drivers every single week, and they know the shortcuts around the industrial park better than we do. It’s just how it is for us. Nothing too complicated, just a lot of moving parts and making sure things are packed tight so nothing breaks during transit. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come in every day. It is just honest work for us all.
