Located at 10/39 on Singravelan Street, we are right in the heart of Maraimalai Nagar. Being so close to NH 2 means the sound of trucks passing by is constant throughout the day. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours because moving things in and out is pretty easy. Most of our work involves renewable energy stuff, like solar panels and the various bits that go with them. The building itself is quite plain. We use the ground floor for storage and the upper part for paperwork and planning out the days. It gets very bright and sunny here, which is helpful given the type of work we do. Singravelan Street can get a bit crowded when bikes are parked all over the place, but the neighbors mostly know each other. We’ve stayed here long enough that we don’t need a map to find the local hardware store or the tea shop. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet slows down, but we just keep at it. This isn't a corporate skyscraper; it’s just a regular building where we stay busy. A lot of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or out at different sites. When we are back at the office, there’s usually a mess of drawings and invoices on every desk. It’s a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task and try to stay cool when the sun is at its peak.
