Our office is in A-2 of the R.R. Flats, right near the Velachery Flyover on Bazar Road. It’s a bit of a landmark because people always use the flyover as a reference point. Being in Ram Nagar North, specifically Madipakkam, means we are right in a residential-meets-commercial zone. The space is actually part of a flat, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have water systems and parts sitting in what would probably be a living room. There are tools on the tables and usually a few technicians coming and going with bags of equipment. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just a place where we organize our service calls and check on the equipment. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit blocked with crates, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting sites, so the office is often just a home base for the morning and evening. We keep a simple routine and don’t bother with much formality. If you come by, you might find us testing a pump or looking over a diagram. It’s a practical setup that works for what we do. We’ve been here in Madipakkam for quite some time and have become part of the local scenery. It’s just honest work involving water and systems, and we take it one day at a time.
