L&T Valves

If you’re driving down Mount-Poonamallee Road, you can’t really miss the L&T Campus. It’s huge. We are specifically located in L&T Campustc-3, Tower A, on the 2nd Floor. Working at L&T Valves involves a lot of walking because the campus is so spread out. By the time you get from the main gate to the office, you’ve already had your exercise for the day. The 2nd floor is usually a hive of activity. There are always people coming in from the plants or heading out to meetings. We have these long hallways that all look the same, so it’s easy to get turned around if you’re new here. The office vibe is pretty practical. We have rows of desks, plenty of filing cabinets, and the constant sound of phones ringing. It’s an old-school kind of busy. We don’t have bean bags or game rooms; we just have our work and the occasional celebration when a big project finally ships out. Lunchtime is when everyone catches up on news, usually complaining about the traffic on the road outside or talking about the latest cricket match. The air conditioning is always humming, and there’s always someone looking for a pen that actually works. It’s a big company, but our little corner on the second floor feels a bit more like a tight group of people just trying to stay on schedule and do their jobs well.
