Tecsol India is located at 4/323, Valluvar Salairamapuram. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center. We have a small office here where we handle our daily business. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who have been doing this for a while. The building at 4/323 isn't anything modern or flashy. It’s just a place where we can get our work done without being disturbed. We like Valluvar Salairamapuram because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the people who run the shops nearby. At Tecsol India, we don't have a lot of rules about how to talk or dress. We just expect everyone to do their part. Our days are mostly spent on technical tasks. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We would rather just show the results. It can be a bit cramped in the office when we have a lot of projects going on, but we make it work. We have been here for a while and we plan to stay. There is no corporate ladder here. We are all on the same level, just trying to do what we are supposed to do. We don't have a lot of money spent on branding. We just have our name on the door and our tools on the desks. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. It’s our routine.
