Mobis India Ltd.

Mobis India Ltd. is located at G-1 in the Sipcot Industrial Estate in Irunkattukottai. This is a pretty large place because we handle automotive parts and it takes up a good amount of room. It is quite a drive to get out here from the main city, but this is where all the industrial activity is centered. Our facility at G-1 is mostly dedicated to storage and moving parts around. It is a very busy environment with people constantly loading and unloading things. It isn't a place for fancy offices or polished floors. We have a lot of workers here and everyone is just focused on their specific task for the day. The industrial estate is huge and sometimes it feels like a city of its own. We don't really do any promotional stuff or talk about missions and visions. We just have a job to do and we do it. It can get pretty hot in the summer out here, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Most of our communication is just coordinating with the logistics teams to make sure everything goes to the right place. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We aren't trying to be anything other than a functional part of the automotive supply chain. That is just our daily reality here in Irunkattukottai.
