Gopal Krishna Bakery

You can find our bakery at 14 Sip Colony in Ganganallur. It’s a neighborhood spot and we like it that way. We are usually up and working while most people are still sleeping. The smell of the ovens starting up is how our day begins. We make bread and biscuits and all the usual things you’d expect from a local shop. The place is often covered in a thin layer of flour and it gets quite warm when the baking is in full swing. We have a counter where people from the colony come in to get their daily items. It’s nice to see the same faces every morning. We don’t have any fancy machines or automated lines. A lot of what we do is still done by hand. The staff here is just a few of us who know the recipes well. Ganganallur is a quiet place for the most part so we provide a bit of activity on our corner. We don’t really bother with advertising or anything like that. If the bread is good people come back and that’s enough for us. Sometimes we try out a new item just to see if the neighbors like it. It’s a good life even if the hours are a bit strange. We just keep the ovens going and do our best to keep everyone fed.
