Kalahandi is our home, and we know how the farming cycle works here. We aren't some big city firm with a lot of money. We are just local folks who decided that we could do more if we worked as a unit. Most of our time is spent dealing with the daily realities of agriculture. We talk about seeds, weather, and how to get our stuff to the right buyers. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, which we don’t always enjoy, but it’s part of the job. Ashok’s place is where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on word of mouth and the relationships we’ve built over the years. We’re just trying to make sure the farmers here get a fair shake and that we can keep our operations running year after year. Actually, it's just us, working hard in Bhawanipatna. We don't really have a big story to tell, just a lot of hard work and some hope for the future.
